2. Essential Characteristics of the Product/Service
The type, quantity, brand/model, colour and basic features of the product/products forming the subject of the order are set out on the product presentation page on the Site. The BUYER accepts that it has examined this information before placing the order.
3. Sale Price and Payment Details
- The sale price of the Product/Products, including all taxes, is shown on the order summary page and in the order confirmation/invoice sent to the BUYER.
- Payment may be made by the methods offered on the Site, such as credit card, debit card and/or bank transfer/EFT.
- Where instalment payment options by credit card are offered, the instalment amounts and the total amount payable are also shown separately at the checkout step.
4. Delivery Information
- The Product is delivered to the delivery address notified by the BUYER at the time of the order, via the contracted courier company, within the statutory maximum period of 30 (thirty) days at the latest. Current average delivery times can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
- Unless otherwise stated on the Site, the delivery cost is borne by the BUYER.
- For products custom-made to order, the production time is stated separately on the product page and is added to the delivery time.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the Product to the BUYER, has the right of withdrawal.
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised by creating a return request in the "My Account > My Orders" section, or by giving written notice to info@atolyeman.com at any time.
- The exceptional product groups for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (custom-made production, hygiene products, etc.) are explained in detail on the Cancellation & Return Conditions page.
- Within a maximum of 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the SELLER, the amount paid is refunded to the BUYER.
6. Intellectual Property and Complaint Channels
The BUYER accepts that it has confirmed the accuracy of the information contained in this Preliminary Information Form; and that, in disputes arising from the contract, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, the BUYER may apply, at its place of residence, to the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees, and in cases exceeding these limits, to the Consumer Courts, and it acknowledges that it is aware of this.
7. Confirmation and Approval
The BUYER accepts that it has read this Preliminary Information Form, that it has been fully and accurately informed regarding the basic qualities of the product, the sale price, the method of payment, the delivery conditions and the right of withdrawal, and that it has confirmed this electronically by approving the order. This form is an annex to and an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
