Below you can find information about our shipping and delivery processes.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Shipping Company<\/h2>\n<p>Your orders are dispatched via <strong>our contracted shipping company<\/strong> \u2014 the name of the carrier and the tracking number are communicated to you in the dispatch notification. We reserve the right to choose a different courier company depending on your region.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Dispatch and Delivery Times<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>On weekdays, orders for items in stock are dispatched on <strong>the same business day<\/strong> or <strong>the next business day<\/strong> at the latest.<\/li>\n<li>Some of our products are produced in our own workshop <strong>on a made-to-order basis<\/strong>; for such products, the production and preparation time is calculated in addition to the shipping time and is stated separately on the relevant product page.<\/li>\n<li>Counting from the date of dispatch, the delivery time is, depending on your region, on average <strong>1-4 business days<\/strong>. The delivery time for remote regions, islands and some rural settlements may be longer than this.<\/li>\n<li>Delays in delivery times may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, congestion caused by the courier company or force majeure; in such cases our customers are informed by email or SMS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Shipping Cost<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1,500 \u20ba and above<\/strong> orders qualify for free shipping.<\/li>\n<li>For orders below this amount, a fixed <strong>150 \u20ba<\/strong> shipping charge is added to the order total.<\/li>\n<li>During campaign periods the shipping fee policy may differ; the current shipping fee is shown clearly in your cart total at the checkout step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Order Tracking<\/h2>\n<p>When your order is dispatched, your shipping tracking number is sent to your registered email address and\/or to your mobile phone by SMS. You can also always follow your order status in the &quot;My Orders&quot; section of your &quot;My Account&quot; page.<\/p>\n<h2>5. What to Watch Out for During Delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We recommend that you check your parcel in the presence of the courier at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>If the outside of the parcel looks damaged, dented, torn or wet, <strong>before accepting the parcel<\/strong> we kindly ask you to have the courier draw up a report. Damage notifications made afterwards in respect of parcels accepted without a report may not be taken into consideration.<\/li>\n<li>You can get in touch by sending the document relating to the damage assessment and report to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@atolyeman.com\">info@atolyeman.com<\/a><\/strong> and we will assess your request as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Areas We Cannot Deliver To<\/h2>\n<p>In some regions where courier companies do not offer delivery to the address, your order may be directed to the courier branch nearest to you. You can confirm with the relevant courier company before ordering whether your address is within the delivery coverage.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Orders That Could Not Be Delivered<\/h2>\n<p>Orders that cannot be delivered within the delivery attempt periods set by the courier company (usually 2-3 attempts) and that are not collected from the branch either are returned to us. In this case you are contacted and guided towards re-shipment or cancellation; any additional shipping cost that may arise in the event of re-shipment may be charged to the buyer.<\/p>\n<h2>8. International Shipments<\/h2>\n<p>At\u00f6lyeman also ships outside T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Regions we ship to:<\/strong> European Union countries, the United Kingdom, the United States and Middle Eastern countries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carriers:<\/strong> International shipments are carried via <strong>TNT, DHL or FedEx<\/strong> \u2014 the carrier and tracking number are shared with you in the dispatch notification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping fee:<\/strong> For international orders, a flat shipping fee applies regardless of the destination country; the current amount is shown clearly in your cart total at checkout.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dispatch and delivery time:<\/strong> Orders are shipped within <strong>2 business days<\/strong> and, depending on the destination country, are delivered on average within <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> \u2014 this may take longer due to customs clearance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customs duties and charges (DDU):<\/strong> For international shipments, <strong>any import taxes, customs duties and charges beyond the product and shipping cost are payable by the BUYER<\/strong> and are collected upon delivery in the destination country by the relevant carrier or customs authority. These amounts vary from country to country and are beyond At\u00f6lyeman's control.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Returns:<\/strong> For returns of international orders, the return shipping cost and any customs charges arising during the return are payable by the BUYER (see Cancellation &amp; Returns Terms).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>9.
