At\u00f6lyeman<\/strong>, the e-commerce brand of Voras Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Geli\u015ftirme Ltd. \u015eti.<\/strong>, brings you the parts and products we design with an engineering mindset and make in our own workshop. Voras has been developing high-technology products since 2012 and carrying out R&D on demand.<\/p>\n

From the workshop of an R&D company<\/h2>\n

Voras Ar-Ge was founded in 2012 with funding from the Teknogiri\u015fim, KOSGEB and T\u00dcB\u0130TAK support programmes. Since then it has worked in the fields of mechanical design, finite element analysis, test and measurement systems, embedded system design and prototyping; and acts as a solution partner to organisations such as Gamak, T\u00fcrk Trakt\u00f6r, Aras Kargo and \u0130T\u00dc.<\/p>\n

At\u00f6lyeman is the door through which this accumulated know-how opens directly to the consumer. We approach the tolerance of an aluminium pipe clamp and the suction grip strength of a cat bed with the same engineering discipline.<\/p>\n

How we work<\/h2>\n

Design.<\/strong> Every product starts with 3D modelling and, where necessary, finite element analysis. We know where a part will be strained before we make it.<\/p>\n

Prototype.<\/strong> Our CNC routing, machining, welding and sheet metal forming capabilities are all in-house. Going from an idea to a tangible sample takes days, not months.<\/p>\n

Production.<\/strong> We move to series production only after the prototype has been tested under real-world conditions.<\/p>\n

After-sales.<\/strong> We stand behind every part we make. Whether a screw is missing on arrival or you need a spare part three years later, you reach us on the same number.<\/p>\n

What we care about<\/h2>\n

The right material.<\/strong> We state the aluminium alloy, the type of wood and the class of the bearing on the product page. You should know what you are buying.<\/p>\n

Few products, but the right ones.<\/strong> We do not pad out our catalogue. A product only makes the list when it is measurably better than the existing alternatives.<\/p>\n

Custom made.<\/strong> If standard sizes do not do the job, tell us. Because we manufacture in our own workshop, made-to-measure production is not an exception for us but routine.<\/p>\n
